Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of our recruiting process.
This is not a recruiter sales role and this is not a hiring manager role. We are looking for someone who can own recruiting administration applicant tracking candidate follow-up interview coordination and recruiting workflow management.
Our company operates in the residential construction and plumbing industry and hires a variety of field warehouse office management and leadership positions.
Requirements:
- Previous recruiting coordination experience
- Previous Spark Hire and Spark Recruit experience (required)
- Strong written and verbal English
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work during overlapping Eastern Time business hours
- Comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously
Experience with the following is preferred:
- Smartsheet
- Google Workspace
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Recruiting and HR software
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all incoming applicants
- Review applications for minimum qualifications
- Send and track Spark Hire interview invitations
- Follow up with applicants to ensure interview completion
- Move candidates through recruiting stages
- Maintain accurate recruiting records
- Manage recruiting workflows within Spark Recruit
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Coordinate candidate communications
- Maintain recruiting dashboards in Smartsheet
- Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics
- Keep open positions actively managed
- Recommend recruiting process improvements and efficiencies
- Escalate qualified candidates to leadership for review
