We are currently looking for a methodical and clear communicator based in the Longview area to join our team as a Remote Recruiter. This is a fully work-from-home position and our focus is on phone-based candidate guidancenot driving or dispatching.

Our team members consistently take home between $1000 and $2000 each week under a straightforward 1099 independent contractor arrangement. Payouts are reliable and you control your schedule within business hours.

Your pipeline will be filled with warm inbound leads and application inquiries. There is zero cold calling or telemarketing involved. People reach out to us because they want to explore this career path and your job is to screen them over the phone and guide them forward.

• Conducting phone-based screening conversations with candidates who have already expressed interest.
• Tracking each applicants progress inside our CRM system so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Walking candidates through a remote onboarding process that is structured and step-by-step.
• Reporting basic notes on your daily activityno complex spreadsheets or quotas.

• A reliable computer a smartphone capable of running basic apps and high-speed internet connection.
• You must operate as a corporate entity. This means having an LLC with an EIN or being willing to file for one with our straightforward guided assistance provided during training.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods and keeping simple records of each call.
