Remote Recruiter Houston

Houston we have a unique opportunity. This is a fully remote position for a corporate recruiter who thrives on connecting talent with opportunity. At American Trucking Solutions we support a national network of transportation companies but this role is strictly a desk-based office-support and talent acquisition position. You will not handle CDLs trucks or any driving-related logistics. You will be the friendly voice that screens qualifies and guides candidates into their new roles.

Core Mission: Your day will involve phone-based screening of pre-qualified candidates entering their information into our CRM system and walking them through a simple remote onboarding process. You are the bridge between an applicants interest and their first day on the job. No cold calling or telemarketing requiredall leads are warm inbound inquiries from candidates who have already expressed interest.

This is a performance-based role paid on a 1099 structure. Your weekly earnings will land between $1000 and $2000 USD. The faster and more accurately you screen and onboard the higher your weekly take-home. You are an independent contractor not an employee giving you flexibility over your schedule.

• A reliable computer (laptop or desktop) with a functioning webcam.
• A smartphone with a clear line for calls.
• High-speed internet connection (stable Wi-Fi or ethernet).
• You must operate as a corporate entity. This means having a registered LLC with a federal EIN number. If you do not have one yet we provide step-by-step guidance during our paid training to help you file the paperwork quickly.

You are the first point of contact for motivated candidates. Instead of chasing leads you will be receiving application submissions and phone inquiries. Your job is to listen ask qualifying questions and match the right people to the right openings. It is a structured process-driven role that values clear communication and attention to detail.
