We are hiring motivated independent recruiters to connect Class A CDL drivers with trucking companies nationwide.
What Youll Do:
- Contact drivers who have already appliedno cold calling.
- Prequalify and match drivers with carriers.
- Assist with applications orientation and onboarding.
- Follow up with drivers throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and phone skills.

This is a remote 1099 independent-contractor position with flexible hours. Compensation is commission-based and paid per successfully hired driver.
