Remote Recruiter Brenham

This is a phone-based role designed for those living in or near Brenham who want to work from home while connecting professionals with office support positions within American Trucking Solutions. Our team handles corporate desk operations and we are looking for a dedicated individual to help us screen and guide new hires.

You can expect to earn between $1000 and $2000 each week. Payments are made on a 1099 contractor basis giving you flexibility and control over your schedule.

Your primary work will involve conducting phone-based interviews with candidates who have already shown interest by applying. There is no cold calling or telemarketing involved. You will track each applicants progress in our CRM system and provide clear instructions for their remote onboarding steps.

To succeed in this position you must have a reliable computer a smartphone for quick communication and a high-speed internet connection. You also need to operate as a formal business entityan LLC with an EIN. If you do not currently have one our training program includes step-by-step assistance to help you file it.

Unlike typical recruitment jobs you are not hunting for leads. Every candidate you speak with has already raised their hand and submitted an application. Your job is to listen evaluate and keep things moving efficiently from the first call to the final onboarding.
