• Coordinate and manage multiple projects from start to finish ensuring they align with the academys goals.
• Facilitate communication between various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to keep the leadership team informed about project status and outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with the challenges and dynamics of remote work environments.
