This is a fully remote role with a flexible schedule and plenty of support along the way. You dont need previous travel experience to get started training and guidance are provided.

• Talk with clients about their travel needs preferences and plans
• Help organize itineraries reservations schedules and important trip details
• Keep clients updated throughout the planning process
• Make sure information stays accurate organized and easy to follow
• Help coordinate the moving pieces that go into each trip
• Answer questions and provide support when needed
• Stay on top of deadlines confirmations and upcoming travel dates

• Enjoy helping people
• Are organized and pay attention to details
• Communicate well through email phone and messaging
• Can manage your time without someone constantly looking over your shoulder
• Feel comfortable learning new apps and online systems
• Are dependable positive and willing to learn
• Like having flexibility while still being part of a supportive team

Experience in customer service hospitality planning scheduling reservations or administrative work is helpful but definitely not required.
