Remote Online Chat Moderator

• Moderate online chats to ensure a positive user experience and enforce community guidelines
• Respond to customer inquiries provide assistance and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during interactions with users
• Monitor chat rooms for any inappropriate content or behavior
• Collaborate with the team to provide feedback and suggestions for chat room improvement

• Strong communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly
• Excellent typing and keyboard skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly
• Basic knowledge of online chat platforms and tools
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

Minimum of 1 year of experience in online customer support or chat moderation

Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour
