This independent-contractor opportunity allows qualified professionals to work from home select available servicing hours and earn income by supporting established nonprofit fundraising campaigns.

We are seeking reliable professional individuals who can operate independently follow structured procedures and accurately assist donors.

All donor calls are strictly inbound .

You will not:

• Make outbound calls
  
• Cold-call potential donors
  
• Solicit donations
  
• Search for prospective donors
  
• Sell products or services
  

Donors call voluntarily after responding to an established nonprofit campaign. Your responsibility is to professionally answer the call and accurately process the donors pledge or contribution.

• Answer inbound calls from donors
  
• Follow structured scripts and campaign procedures
  
• Accurately enter donation and pledge information
  
• Confirm donor and transaction details
  
• Navigate computer systems while speaking with callers
  
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  
• Follow compliance and quality standards
  
• Meet established attendance and performance expectations
  

Applicants must have:

• A high school diploma or GED
  
• At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience
  
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills
  
• Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills
  
• The ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking
  
• Professional and dependable work habits
  
• A quiet dedicated home workspace
  

Before servicing contractors must have:

• A Windows 11 computer
  
• At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is recommended
  
• A USB headset with noise cancellation
  
• Wired high-speed internet
  
• A direct Ethernet connection
  
• A quiet distraction-free workspace
  

Dual monitors are recommended.

MacBooks Chromebooks tablets and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted.
