Our client an award-winning law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiter to add to their team. This can be a remote position and the firm is located in Jacksonville FL. Reporting to the Director of Recruiting you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral attorneys paralegals law clerks and interns. To accomplish this you will create and execute strategic recruitment initiatives build strong relationships with law schools and professional networks and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Remote Legal Recruiter (Attorney Recruiting Exp Req) Responsibilities

Lead recruiting strategy to maintain healthy legal candidate pipeline
Manage pipeline metrics and sourcing strategies ahead of growth
Own year-round recruiting for lateral attorneys paralegals law clerks and interns
Build referral relationships through professional networks trade associations and law schools
Lead summer associate program; maintain relationships with top law schools and universities
Ensure smooth candidate transition throughout hiring and onboarding process
Conduct quarterly staffing analyses; create actionable roadmaps and projections for the future
Facilitate kickoff meetings with hiring managers to ensure alignment on timing and expectations
Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms; lead with direct outreach approach
Screen and move candidates through established high-quality assessment process
Schedule and support the full interview process; provide candidate packages to hiring teams
Drive quick decisions and adherence to standards; coordinate offers and background checks
Facilitate onboarding support guide new team members and make introductions
Monitor early progress gather feedback and address friction points
Optimize AI and technology tools to improve full-cycle recruiting process
Manage the firms culture program; plan and oversee employee engagement events and surveys

Remote Legal Recruiter (Attorney Recruiting Exp Req) Qualifications

3 years lateral attorney recruiting experience required
Stakeholder management experience required
Experience onboarding and supporting the new hire process required
Experience using AI within the recruiting process required
Use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required
