Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent – Financial Services
Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Living for Tomorrow (L42M) is seeking independent customer service agents for an upcoming remote financial-services opportunity. Agents will provide inbound customer support while assisting cardholders with account questions transactions disputes and other servicing needs.
Service is scheduled in 30-minute intervals.
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent you may assist customers with:
Card activation and balance inquiries
Transaction disputes
Lost or stolen cards
Prepaid and payroll card support
Fund transfers and payment solutions
Policy and procedural questions
General account servicing
Agents must provide accurate confidential customer service while following established financial-services security and compliance procedures.
Service intervals are currently available daily from 8:00 AM11:00 PM ET subject to availability and client needs.
During the Certification SOW agents must service a minimum of 10 hours/20 intervals per week.
During Phase 2 of certification agents must be available to service at least 4 hours/8 intervals per day.
This opportunity also includes designated funding dates requiring 4 hours/8 intervals of service.
Certification consists of instructor-led learning self-study/simulations and live certification call-taking.
Classes are held MondayFriday for approximately 6 hours per day.
Available class times:
There is no class October 12. Class will be held November 11.
Agents must successfully complete all required certification phases modules assessments security-awareness requirements and live call-taking requirements.
You must have:
Windows 11 computer with all required updates completed
8 GB RAM or greater
Intel Core i5 6th generation or newer 4 cores 2.4 GHz or higher
Dual monitors
Webcam
Hardwired Ethernet connection
Wired USB headset with a noise-cancelling microphone
Apple or Android smartphone
An additional client-provided security device is required for servicing.
This opportunity requires:
Background check
Drug screening
Fingerprinting
Photo ID verification
There is currently no cost to the agent for the background check or drug screening.
Agents must complete required screening within the applicable deadlines. Background and drug screening must be successfully completed at least 14 days before the start of class.
Webcam participation is mandatory during required certification activities. Additional computer and identity-verification procedures are also required for classroom access.
Agents servicing this opportunity will be expected to maintain strong performance including:
Commitment Adherence: 90% or higher
Quality: Above 90%
First-Time Resolution: Above 70%
Customer Satisfaction: Above 85%
Strong attention to detail professionalism confidentiality communication skills system-navigation ability patience and the ability to follow established procedures are important for success in this role.
