We are seeking an experiencedFreight Brokerwho thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is ready to bring an established book of business to a growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who understands the transportation industry excels at building customer relationships and has a proven track record of generating revenue through freight brokerage services.

The ideal candidate has strong experience inlogistics sales a transferable customer portfolio and a deep understanding ofLTL (Less-Than-Truckload) transportation. If you are motivated by earning potential customer success and business growth we would love to speak with you.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and grow an existing book of business while identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers carriers and transportation partners.
  • Source transportation solutions that meet customer requirements while maximizing profitability.
  • Handle customer pricing negotiations and service management.
  • Coordinate shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions opportunities and shipment activity within CRM and TMS platforms.
  • Stay informed on market trends carrier capacity and pricing fluctuations.

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as aFreight Broker Logistics Account Executive or Logistics Sales Representative.
  • Transferable book of businesswith active shipper relationships and revenue-generating accounts.
  • Strong experience selling and managingLTL freight solutions.
  • Demonstrated success inlogistics salesand customer acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using transportation management systems (TMS) CRM platforms and load boards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional freight modes including FTL Partial Expedited Drayage Intermodal or Specialized Freight.
  • Established carrier network and industry relationships.
  • Strong understanding of freight market dynamics and pricing strategies.
