We are hiring Remote Customer Service Contractors to assist cardholders with fraud-related inquiries and account activity. This is a high-volume work-from-home customer service opportunity.

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding potential fraud
• Review and verify account activity
• Assist with fraud prevention and resolution
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Follow established security and compliance procedures

• Customer service/call center experience preferred
• Financial services or fraud experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 40 WPM typing speed
• Reliable computer high-speed internet and quiet workspace
• Must complete background check drug screening and photo ID verification
• Must be available at least 5 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday

Servicing opportunities are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year based on available intervals.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and not a W-2 employment position.
