The Remote Form Filler / Online Form Specialist at Compass Realty Inc is responsible for accurately completing submitting and tracking real estate-related forms through various online platforms. This individual must have strong attention to detail the ability to work independently and efficiently handle repetitive tasks while ensuring accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill out real estate forms contracts disclosures and applications using provided information
• Complete and submit forms through online portals MLS systems and e-signature platforms
• Review completed forms for accuracy and proper formatting
• Track the status of submitted forms and follow up on missing information
• Organize and file documents in digital folders/CRM records
• Communicate with agents coordinators or clients to clarify information
• Flag discrepancies and errors to supervisors
• Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Stay updated on real estate form templates and disclosure requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong reading comprehension skills
