Job Summary
Remote ERP IT Program Manager requires:
- 7 years of project or program management experience
- NJ Remote.
- Demonstrated success supporting complex business transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong experience operating within structured project governance frameworks.
- Finance Transformation programs.
- ERP implementation or ERP readiness initiatives.
- Master Data Governance (MDG) programs.
- Organizational Change Management initiatives.
- Pharmaceutical healthcare or highly regulated industries.
- PMO program governance or executive reporting functions.
- Highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to support the execution of the Master Data and Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams within the Finance Transformation program.
- Strong project management capabilities excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively across multiple workstreams in a complex transformation environment.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for driving execution discipline coordinating cross-functional activities managing dependencies maintaining governance processes and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into program progress risks issues and decisions.
- Serve as a trusted partner to business and functional leaders while ensuring delivery against critical transformation milestones.
- Lead recurring project status meetings and document outcomes.
- Provide concise executive-level reporting on progress risks decisions and resource needs.
- Develop and distribute project communications to stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency and alignment through consistent communication and reporting practices.
