Compensation: $75.00$125.00 per hour (based on experience qualifications and scope of responsibility)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Remote Enterprise Transformation Leader to drive large-scale organizational transformation initiatives that improve operational performance business agility and long-term growth. This role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs optimize business processes and support the adoption of innovative technologies and operating models.

• Develop and execute enterprise transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead large-scale business transformation initiatives across multiple departments and functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency scalability and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish transformation goals priorities and performance metrics.
• Drive process improvement digital modernization and organizational change initiatives.
• Manage transformation roadmaps project governance budgets risks and resource allocation.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across business units.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Support change management activities to promote adoption and long-term success.
• Evaluate emerging technologies industry trends and best practices to support strategic decision-making.

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of business process optimization organizational change management and strategic planning.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programs.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and drive organizational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with digital transformation operational excellence or business modernization initiatives preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP Lean Six Sigma Agile Scrum or Prosci are advantageous.
