Remote Dispatcher

111 Sign is seeking an organized communicative Remote Dispatcher to coordinate the scheduling and routing of sign installation delivery and pickup jobs. This role is the operational link between the production shop installation crews/drivers and customers ensuring every job is scheduled efficiently and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate installation delivery and pickup jobs for sign/printing crews and drivers
• Communicate daily job assignments routes and schedules to field technicians and drivers
• Track job status in real time and update customers or internal teams on delays or changes
• Optimize routing and scheduling to reduce drive time and maximize crew efficiency
• Serve as the point of contact for field crews needing support direction or troubleshooting during jobs
• Coordinate with production team to confirm job readiness before scheduling installs/deliveries
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs job tickets and scheduling records in company software
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointment windows reschedule as needed and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Monitor weather traffic or site access issues that may impact scheduled jobs
• Escalate urgent issues (equipment problems access denials safety concerns) to management promptly
• Maintain clear professional communication across phone email and messaging platforms

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus
• 1 years of dispatch scheduling logistics or coordination experience (sign construction or field service industry a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules/jobs simultaneously
• Comfortable using dispatch scheduling or field service management software (training provided)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying responsive during business hours
• Calm solutions-oriented approach to last-minute changes or scheduling conflicts
