Position: Remote Digital Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Digital Transformation Manager to lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance operational efficiency improve customer experiences and drive digital innovation. The ideal candidate will oversee transformation programs collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Analyze existing workflows and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage change management activities and promote adoption of new systems processes and tools.
• Coordinate with IT Operations Finance and other departments to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
• Monitor project performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones to senior leadership.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous improvement efforts..

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Masters degree or professional certifications (PMP Agile Lean Six Sigma Prosci Change Management etc.) are preferred.
• 2 years of experience in digital transformation project management business process improvement or related disciplines.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation projects.
