The Remote Destination Support Advisor helps clients explore and organize vacation options based on their individual needs. This position combines customer service online research organization and attention to detail. Advisors assist clients in navigating the many choices involved in planning a vacation while providing reliable and professional support.
Training is available for individuals who are new to the industry. You will receive guidance on destinations accommodations cruises planning procedures reservation systems client communication and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients regarding preferred destinations travel dates activities and overall expectations.
- Research destination options that match the clients interests and requested budget.
- Compare accommodations vacation packages cruises excursions and transportation services.
- Explain general features amenities policies and available options in a clear manner.
- Prepare personalized recommendations for client review.
- Assist clients with reservation steps and verify that names and dates are entered correctly.
- Organize confirmation information and provide important preparation reminders.
- Monitor payment deadlines documentation needs and reservation updates.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process.
- Provide professional assistance when questions or changes arise.
- Continue learning about destinations suppliers and planning resources.
- Develop relationships that support repeat clients and personal referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18.
- Current residence in the United States or Mexico.
- Reliable internet access and a computer or compatible device.
- Strong communication listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage time meet deadlines and prioritize follow-up.
- Comfortable conducting online research and learning new technology.
