As we continue to expand our operations we are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. The Remote Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering updating verifying and maintaining company information across multiple databases and internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized attentive to detail and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Working remotely you will collaborate with various departments to ensure records remain accurate complete and up to date while supporting the organizations daily administrative operations.
- Accurately enter and update information into company databases and internal systems.
- Verify data for accuracy completeness and consistency before processing.
- Review documents and correct data discrepancies when necessary.
- Maintain electronic files spreadsheets and digital records.
- Organize and manage confidential company information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Process administrative documents and reports in a timely manner.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information remains accurate.
- Generate reports and assist management with data analysis when requested.
- Respond to internal requests for records and documentation.
- Assist with document preparation filing and administrative support tasks.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure efficient workflow and accurate recordkeeping.
- Maintain compliance with company policies regarding privacy and data security.
- Complete assigned projects while meeting deadlines and productivity expectations.
- Participate in paid training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in data entry administrative support customer service or office administration preferred.
- Excellent typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
