Responsibilities
Respond quickly and accurately to incoming inquiries
Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed
Keep clear organized records in CRM/support systems
Ensure every concern is addressed with a focus on resolution
Educate customers on services and support options
Follow staffing/service protocols for consistent quality
Share feedback on recurring issues to improve workflows
Support continuous improvement across assigned accounts
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication
Quick efficient problem-solving under pressure
Patient empathetic and detail-oriented
Strong time management across multiple tasks
Comfortable with CRM and phone support tools
Adaptable to new systems and clients
Self-driven and productive working remotely
