Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues guiding them through solutions with clear communication skills
Process data entry tasks efficiently updating customer records accurately within our CRM systems
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries or promote relevant services with enthusiasm and professionalism
Support client services by resolving complaints addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to quality standards
Qualifications
Proven call center experience or background in customer support roles with a focus on client services
Multilingual abilities; fluency in English is required with additional language skills considered a strong asset
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for efficient data entry and navigation of digital platforms
Experience in sales or outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
Knowledge of phone etiquette analysis skills for problem-solving and cash handling experience are advantageous
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels
