Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts with a primary focus on agriculture (60%) and generalist accounts (40%). The successful candidate will work closely with a Director of Account Management and play a key role in maintaining and growing the presidents book of business. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

• Salary: $70000 - $85000 annually plus performance-based bonuses.

• Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid model with the expectation of in-office presence once or twice a month. Remote candidates will be provided with necessary equipment. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts focusing on agriculture and generalist accounts.
• Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Support the transition of the presidents book of business ensuring continuity and client retention.

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of account management experience with a strong background in the agriculture industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
• Soft Skills: Outgoing personality thick skin strong organizational skills intelligence and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Work Arrangement: Open to remote candidates who can attend in-office meetings once or twice a month.
