• Provide responsive support to clients through their assigned advisor
• Answer questions and deliver clear accurate information
• Assist with scheduling confirmations and follow-up communication
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Ensure timely updates and a seamless overall experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred (not required)
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
• Must be a citizen of the US Uk LATAM Spain or Australia
