This is a remote position.
World Atlantic Travel is seeking a Remote Client Success Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with travellers while ensuring a smooth and personalized customer experience. This role will support clients throughout the travel process by responding to inquiries providing travel assistance resolving concerns following up on customer needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused organized and passionate about creating positive travel experiences through excellent communication and reliable support.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
* Experience in customer success customer service hospitality travel or client relations preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple client requests with accuracy and professionalism
* Comfortable using CRM systems Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
