As a Remote Client Services Provider youll help clients stay informed organized and supported throughout the process. Some requests may also involve reservations accommodations activities transportation details or other planning-related arrangements.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people solving problems and keeping important details on track.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Respond to client questions and service requests
• Gather preferences dates and important information
• Coordinate schedules confirmations and follow-up
• Provide clear updates and next-step guidance
• Maintain accurate client records
• Assist with changes or special requests

• Support select reservation or itinerary-related details
