We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $58.00 USD dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

* Elicit analyse and document business and system requirements from stakeholders across the organisation.
* Translate complex business needs into clear well-defined functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria for the development teams.
* Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
* Analyse and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
* Support the project lifecycle by participating in planning testing and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps requirements specifications and project reports.
* Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Essential:
* Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst preferably within an agile technology-focused environment.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
* Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering process modelling and creating detailed documentation.
* A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Desirable:
* A bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
* Experience working within the real estate or property technology (PropTech) sector.
* Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL or business intelligence platforms.
* A professional certification in business analysis (e.g. BCS or IIBA).
