The Weatherspoon Agency is hiring remote Benefits Representatives to assist individuals and families with understanding their supplemental life insurance and benefit options.
This is a remote insurance sales and enrollment position. Representatives work with warm leads and current clients through scheduled virtual appointments.
You will begin in a client-facing representative role with a clearly defined opportunity to advance into leadership based on performance.
Responsibilities
Contact individuals who requested benefit information
Conduct virtual appointments using phone and Zoom
Review each clients current needs and available options
Complete weekly training and professional development
