The Employment Administration Advisor is a subject matter expert responsible for managing complex employment transactions ensuring data accuracy and resolvinghigh-levelescalations. The roleoversees critical processes such as promotions job changessupervisor org mass changeand EIB workflows eligibility decisions and MTAsupport as needed. It supports vendor coordination conducts audits androot causeanalysis andidentifiesopportunities to improve workflows and system accuracy. The advisor contributes to projects andchangesinitiatives communicates clearly to resolve issues and consistently delivershigh-quality compliant work across the employment administration function.
Delivering the Colleague Experience
Deliver an exceptional colleague experience through high-quality reverent courteous and empathetic service reflecting our commitment to theorganizations mission&values and ensuring colleagues feel genuinely valued and respected through case management andphone interactionsas appliable
Provide case resolution whilemaintainingSLA standards for colleague inquiries where applicable.
Utilizes case management technology to accurately track and log issues and notes for cases assigned under stringent Legal Department requirements
Respond to HR inquiries related tobenefits administrationHRIS systems and policy interpretation withaccurateand complete information using knowledge of HRIS processes and understanding of downstream impact of transactions to benefitspayand other areas.
Provide warm transfer/direct colleague-leader connections to ensure excellent colleague experience
Employment Case Management & Expert Support
Serves as SME for complex Workday employment transactions and escalations
Overseesend-to-endMTA workflows supporting employee time-away programs.
Provides system-wide training guidance and peer shadowing for employment processes.
Accountable to provideaccuratedocumentation and tracking forall inquiries in the case management system to ensure compliance continuity and seamless team handoffs.
Supporting MTA/EOR changes as needed for data changes and/or EIB SupOrgsor mass data changes.
SME level understanding ofhow all HR transactions and business processes function in Workday.
Data Integrity Auditing & Transaction Accuracy
Performs ongoing auditing and data validation for all employment actions and related EIBs
Conductsroot causeanalysis and develops data-driven solutions to improve accuracy outcomes and compliance.
Leverages data and operational metrics todemonstrateprogress ROI and program impacts.
Vendor &Cross FunctionalCoordination
Manages vendor meeting relationships and supports vendor coordination for employment workflows.
Communicates regularly with ministries boards vendors and cross-functional partners.
Resolves conflicts and de-escalates concerns through transparentsolutions focusedcommunication.
Operational Improvement Projects & Change Management
Identifiesprocess improvement opportunities andparticipatesin designing/improving workflows to enhance efficiency quality and user experience.
Conducts research and compiles information for ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
Coordinates and supports project management activities including requirements timelines and deliverables.
Applies change management practices to support the successful adoption of new processes and system changes.
Managecomplex cases mentor peers contribute to process improvements contribute to continuous improvementeffortsand support cross functional work
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent level of experience
Equivalent experience to include3-4yearsprevioushuman resources and/or related corporate compliance experience
Experience with Workday vendormanagementand case management systems
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
A CEBS or PHR SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
