As we continue to expand our operations we are seeking a highly organized and dependable Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and assist multiple departments with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys organization communication problem-solving and helping teams operate efficiently in a remote environment.
The Remote Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support by managing schedules maintaining records coordinating communications preparing documents and assisting with daily operational activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
This position requires strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members across the organization.
- Provide administrative support to management and internal teams.
- Manage calendars schedules appointments and meeting coordination.
- Organize and maintain digital files records and documentation.
- Prepare reports presentations spreadsheets and business documents.
- Respond to emails messages and internal requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with data entry document processing and information management.
- Coordinate communication between departments clients and team members.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative processes.
- Support meeting preparation including agendas notes and follow-up tasks.
- Monitor administrative workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions team meetings and company activities.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in administrative support office coordination customer service or related roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or a related field.
