Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle office tasks such as filing generating reports and presentations setting up for meetings and reordering supplies.
- Manage and maintain calendars schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and maintain documents and files both electronic and physical.
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $27 to $35 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
