Job Summary

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle office tasks such as filing generating reports and presentations setting up for meetings and reordering supplies.
  • Manage and maintain calendars schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain documents and files both electronic and physical.
  • Perform data entry and update databases as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience working remotely is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $27 to $35 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
