We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedAdministrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and organizing data into our companys database. This data may include customer information sales figures inventory records and other important data. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Input and organize data into the companys database

- Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections

- Maintain and update database with current information

- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly

- Follow company procedures and protocols for data entry and management

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Keep confidential information secure and adhere to data protection policies

- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in data entry or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Familiarity with data protection policies and procedures

- Strong work ethic and reliability
