Remote Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing team. This is a part-time fully remote position starting at 16 hours per week with a competitive annual salary of $155000$165000.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable management experience excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Oversee and manage the companys accounts payable process ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Review verify and approve invoices and employee expense reports.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable payment terms when appropriate.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting to ensure payment obligations are met on time.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency accuracy and effectiveness of the accounts payable function.
• Prepare financial reports reconciliations and analyses related to accounts payable.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable management.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be currently employed at the time of application.
