RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform framing demolition and structural repairs for remodel projects
Install and finish trim doors windows tile cabinetry and flooring
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications
Measure cut and shape materials (wood drywall laminate etc.) with precision
Ensure work meets local building codes and safety standards
Effectively collaborate with project managers subcontractors and clients on job progress
Maintain a clean organized and safe job site
Troubleshoot and problem-solve unexpected issues that arise during remodels (older homes often have surprises)
Properly maintain and care for tools and equipment
Assist with company business activities events and initiatives

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

5 to 10 years of experience in remodeling renovation or general carpentry
Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws drills nail guns levels etc.)
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs climb ladders and work in various positions (kneeling bending overhead work)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Good communication skills and a professional client-facing demeanor
Valid Drivers license is required

Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 10/30 certification
Experience with custom cabinetry tile work or finish carpentry
Basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical for coordination purposes
