What Youll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will:
Deliver holistic patient-centered care by assessing health data creating individualized care plans and evaluating outcomes.
Collaborate with patients families and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based personalized care.
Support all aspects of the patient experience making a meaningful impact on every patients journey.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Michigan RN license.
BLS certification required.
Commitment to Trinity Healths mission vision and values
Ultrasound Guided Vascular Access experience required 1 years
Job Description Purpose
The licensed Registered Nurse (RN) plans and delivers professional nursing care in alignment with their level of experience and education the applicable State Board of Nursing regulations and established organizational policies and procedures. The RN integrates the art science leadership and clinical knowledge of nursing practice to provide relationshipcentered compassionate ethical and respectful care through both direct and indirect healthcare services.
Note: The term patients refers to patients clients residents participants customers or members.
