Job Summary
Prepares portions and garnishes hot and cold foods.
May perform other duties as assigned.
$27.68 Per Hour

Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred; education in culinary arts preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience as a cook in a full service restaurant required.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & attendant regulations as well as company internal controls policies and procedures.
