Reliability Manager

Job Summary
- Develop and implement reliability strategies policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment.
- Lead a team of reliability technicians providing guidance mentoring and performance management.
- Ensure timely and effective maintenance activities are performed.
- Implement and manage a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track equipment performance maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to determine the underlying causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to design and implement equipment modifications or upgrades that improve reliability and performance.
- Establish monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports on reliability performance maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives that drive improved machine availability.
- Perform special assignments and projects as assigned.
- Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to OSHA and ASSA ABLOY standards.
- Assure compliance with federal state local and corporate policies regulations AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum of seven (7) or more years in reliability engineering maintenance management or related role within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with predictive preventive and operator-based maintenance techniques and technologies.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma TPM and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of reliability principles predictive maintenance applications and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and data analysis tools.
- Leadership ability excellent people skills and the ability to develop relationships and influence all levels within the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
