Reliability EngineerOglethorpe GAPay Rate:$121300-$148300Multiple factors including Individual experience skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay Salaried Full-Time About The Role:Interact with all parts of the organization and work hand in hand with operations maintenance and engineering to implement effective and strategic maintenance initiatives that support achievement of reliability goals and objectives key performance metrics maintenance cost objectives and capital projects executionDrive continuous improvement through positive influence identified best practices and various improvement culture of reliability that focuses on systems of MWS training and deliberate improvementEquipment reliability strategyUtilize SAP for both data mining and execution of routine taskDrive reliable methods and QA/QCSupport development of 5 year major maintenance and capital plansManage small improvement projectsProvide reliability oversight of PdM PM precision practices/training and facility preservationRecommend action based off of PdM findingsPerform root-cause failure analysis on reliability incidents to identify and correct physical human and latent root causes especially for chronic reliability problemsDevelop and maintain asset criticalities equipment care strategies and maintenance policies for all equipment with emphasis on critical equipmentProvide technical assistance and advice as necessary to aid in troubleshooting complex issues in the manufacturing/reliability processEvaluate repair methods shop audits use repair vs replace decision makingQuality ExpectationsEnsure an understanding of quality policy and support efforts for a positive customer experience.
