We are hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager for our Real Estate division. This role offers you the autonomy to do your job build long-term relationships with clients bring in new business and collaborate across the organization to achieve more together. The Commercial Relationship Manager IV Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is primarily responsible for originating and servicing a wide variety of commercial real estate investors and developers which are complex in nature. Handles larger more profitable customer relationships within the department. Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance.

• You will use your business savvy to identify new prospects markets and develop new business.
• Youll use product/service knowledge to determine what our clients need to enhance their business and ours. You will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions.
• You will use your expertise on the lending side to structure loans mitigate and identify risk to keep us in regulatory compliance.
• You will use your business and credit acumen to get deals approved

Required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelors degree and 8-10 years experience in commercial lending or 14-16 years equivalent experience.
