Your Day-to-Day as a Relationship Banker- Teller
As a Relationship Banker you will often be the first face customers see when they walk through our doors. This role combines customer service problem-solving accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced banking environment.
Daily responsibilities may include:
Processing customer transactions such as deposits withdrawals payments and check cashing
Assisting customers with account openings maintenance and general banking questions
Building strong customer relationships by identifying needs and providing helpful solutions
Supporting fellow associates and working collaboratively across departments
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail while handling confidential financial information

What You Need to Be Successful
The ideal candidate will possess:
