Rehabilitation Unit Manager (RN)

Saint Mary Home is a member of Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC) one of the nations largest Catholic health care systems.

We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead our fast-paced 30-bed rehabilitation unit serving a high-acuity medically complex patient population. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage high patient volume and complex clinical needs.

• Oversee daily operations and staff on the unit

• Ensure high-quality patient-centered care

• Manage staffing workflow and team performance

• Collaborate across disciplines and maintain compliance

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current Registered Nurse in the state of CT

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required

• Rehab skilled nursing or acute care experience preferred

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced high-demand environment

• Ability to supervise coach mentor and develop nursing staff

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Current CPR certification
