• The Rehabilitation Supervisor manages daily departmental operations while supporting strategic initiatives established by leadership. Responsibilities include staff supervision operational improvement financial management regulatory compliance and maintaining safety and accreditation standards. Provides oversight of the departments technical operations through the development implementation and monitoring of policies procedures and programs that promote efficiency quality and continued growth.
  

The Rehabilitation Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist.
  
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
