HealthSource Chiropractic of Manassas is seeking a Entry levelhigh-energy patient-focused Part time Rehab Specialist who is excited about making a meaningful difference in peoples lives every day.

Through chiropractic care progressive rehabilitation exercise therapy spinal decompression laser therapy and wellness services we empower our patients to achieve their health goals.

We are looking for someone who is energetic compassionate professional and eager to grow. Strong communication organizational computer and customer service skills are essential as our clinic is dynamic and patient centered.
A degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology Health Sciences or a Personal Trainer Certification is preferred but not required. If you have the right attitude work ethic and passion for helping others we are happy to provide training and mentorship.
What Youll Do-As a Rehab Specialist you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve better health and function by:
Patient Care & Rehabilitation
- Guiding patients through rehabilitation and corrective exercise programs
- Educating patients on proper exercise techniques and healthy movement patterns
- Supporting patients throughout their recovery and wellness journey
Therapeutic Services
- Assisting with spinal decompression therapy
- Administering laser therapy and other therapeutic modalities
- Screening and fitting patients for custom orthotics
Patient Experience
- Ensuring patients receive exceptional service and support
- Assisting with patient flow and front desk operations as needed
- Creating a welcoming positive and professional environment
Community Engagement & Marketing
- Supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives
- Participating in community outreach events and health screenings
- Helping build awareness of our clinic and services throughout the community
