Regulatory Coordinator

We areseekinga detail-oriented and motivated RegulatoryCoordinatorto join our team specializing in label development and regulatory review for dietary supplements. This role is critical in ensuring that all labeling marketing materials and website contentcomplieswithapplicable FDA FTC and other regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience reviewing product labels and a solid understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing dietary supplementsand/ is a collaborative position that works cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing Graphic Design Product Development and Laboratory/R&D. We value precision initiative and a proactive mindset in ensuring that our product communications are compliant clear and compelling. Responsibilities:Review and approve product labels to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with applicable and update product manuscripts incorporating Supplement Facts/ingredient panels usage directions allergen declarations and compliant marketing and revise manuscripts in response to product reformulations ingredient substitutions and marketing through regulatory changes temporary deviations and permanent product modificationsand communicate these updates internally and externally as the development of compliant labels for new products and revisions for existing items in coordination with Marketing and WholesaleProofread and verify the accuracy of labeling for spelling grammar formatting and branding :Bachelors degree in Nutrition Biology Regulatory Affairs or a related scientific discipline (preferred but notrequired with relevant experience).Prior experience in regulatory compliance within an FDA-regulated industry specifically in dietary supplements food beverages or knowledge of DSHEA CFRFDA labeling guidance and other applicable federal and state attention to detail and organization with strong follow-up and documentation to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and incross-departmentallyExcellent written and verbal communication Microsoft Office SuiteWe proudly offer: Medical Dental Vision 401K with Company Match Pet insurance and more!We reward the hard work of our team members with fun and exciting company events Summer Picnic Festive Packages Holiday Celebrations and associate referral bonuses!Founded in 2011 Piping Rock Health Products has gone on to win Long Islands Top Workplaces Award 6 years in a row & securing the spot as Top Supplement Manufacturing Company 2024 by Food Business Review!
