Type: Contract 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $60 - $63/hour

Shift & Schedule: Day Shift 6:00 AM 6:30 PM

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for an exciting Local job in Phoenix AZ.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health conditions and record medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on health conditions treatments and preventive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations safety standards and infection control protocols.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS Certification.
• Experience in a long-term care rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Strong patient assessment and care coordination skills.
