Shift & Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:30 AM 3 x 12.5-Hour Shifts 3637.5 Hours Per Week Weekends and Holidays as Needed

Pay Rate: $54 - $64/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Neptune NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments under medical direction for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.

• Assist with intubation procedures and manage ventilator setup monitoring and adjustments.

• Evaluate patient respiratory status and gather relevant clinical data.

• Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary care teams.

• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory conditions and treatment plans.

• Document all patient care assessments and interventions accurately and timely.

• Participate in diagnostic testing and consultations as required.

• Maintain adherence to hospital policies safety standards and clinical protocols.

• Support a culture of teamwork respect and high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required.

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

• Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.

• Active New Jersey Respiratory Care License.

• BLS (AHA).

• ACLS.

• PALS.

• Strong communication critical thinking and adaptability skills.
