This is adirect careopportunity to help your clients who may struggle with accessing standard care meet theirgoalsandensurethey receivethe treatment they need.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Helping clients achieve theirtreatment goalsin partnership with the treatment team.

• Communicating and coordinating services withoutside medical providers.

• Overseeingmedication managementunder the direction of the team prescriber.

• Developing andmaintainingprofessional relationships with clients their support system community agencies and the Sheppard Pratt organization toprovide comprehensivedirectcare.

What we need from you.

• Anassociate or bachelorsdegree in nursing.

• Possession of a valid license to practice nursing in the State of Maryland:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN)
• Two years ofdirectjob relatedexperience.
• A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.RN pay range $82400.00 minimum - $90640.00 maximum LPN minimum $59515.87 maximum $61367.55
