Job Summary
The Neuro ICU is a 12-bed critical care unit providing intensive management to patients with life-threatening neurological and neurosurgical conditions. Cases typically seen in this practice area include central nervous system tumors complex spine surgery acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke endovascular interventions traumatic brain injury spinal cord injury neuromuscular diseases status epilepticus and central nervous system infections.
Can offer 36 or 48 hours

**Block scheduling CANNOT be accomodated/guaranteed**
Nights
Every other weekend every other holiday
Can approve 40 hours for time off
BLS ACLS required
NIH stroke cert required but can submit with that pending
Must adhere to UVAs float policy
Can submit with VA license pending
Must have Epic experience
