What We Offer:

• $10000 Signing Bonus (Paid out in increments)

• Full-time & Part-time Opportunities

• Additional $4/hour for weekend hours

One of LSCs senior living communities Trinity Grove is seeking full-time and part-time RNs. As an RN at Trinity Grove you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
• Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents conditions.
• Carrying out various nursing procedures including catheter care dressing changes and administering respiratory treatments.
• Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
