Position Title: Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM) Nursing Home
Location: Camden ME 04843

Compensation:

• Local Pay Rate: $45 $55/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• 5 Days per Week

• 8-Hour Shifts (Approximately 40 hours/week)

• Shift Options:

  • 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM) to lead daily nursing operations within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care supervising clinical staff and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit

• Supervise and support RNs LPNs and CNAs

• Ensure delivery of high-quality care in accordance with clinical standards

• Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans

• Collaborate with physicians therapists and care teams

• Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely interventions

• Conduct routine rounds and address resident/family concerns

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

• Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling needs

• Ensure adherence to infection control safety and regulatory standards

• Participate in audits surveys and quality improvement initiatives

• Provide staff training coaching and performance evaluations

Education:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License (Required)

• BLS Certification (Required)

• ACLS Certification (Preferred)

• COVID-19 Vaccination (Required)

Experience:

• 12 years of nursing experience (Required)

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (Preferred)

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience (Strongly Preferred)
